Well, here goes. I have a goal. Perhaps two. Essentially it's a tree of goals.
The top of the tree is that I need to bring control back to my life. This is two fold. First, money needs a bit more control. I want to end next year with no debt out of accounts that I use. This includes bank accounts and visa. I'd like to have little to no debt next year in that way. This will be aided by getting a raise but I need to do some work on it. So I'm hoping for new or little debt.
The second issue is my body. I don't weigh myself however I do keep track of what size I wear and how I feel. Right now I don't feel good. I don't like pictures of myself. So I need to do something about this. The goal is then:
1. Exercise three times a week. This could include a walk, swimming or cardio exercise tape.
2. Follow Weight Watchers points. Not strictly but follow them.
3. Get comfortable with myself, no matter what I look like. Do this through taking pictures and generally looking for good points.
By May I want to like pictures of myself.
So let's see how this goes....
